Apparently, I am the only crazy person that wanted to work out this morning. Fine with me, that means I control the TV!
Today was a cross training day and since it is only day two of training, well, let's just say it was pretty easy.
Day 2 of half marathon training:
15 min on Precore (had me like..."wha??") and, well, that was pretty much it folks.
I had a Chiropractor appointment today so I knew I had to take it easy so I wasn't scolded. This is only my 2nd day being cleared to actually work out so I'm watching myself. So far so good.
Tomorrow is a rest day so I'll be going to Yoga. Haven't done that in some years, should be fun.
